Stein Nilsen - Chief Executive Officer of Widerøe AS

Stein Nilsen has been the CEO of Widerøe since 2015. Prior to this, he was a consultant with Credo Partners, an investment company based in Oslo. Nilsen has extensive experience from a number of transport companies in Norway and Sweden. He was head of ground services for the SAS Group and for a period headed SAS’s aviation activities in Norway. He was also EVP of passenger transport at NSB (Norwegian National Railways), and CEO of the Nobina transport company before joining Credo Partners in 2012. Nilsen holds a Master of Science in Business (siv.økon.) from Nord University and a Master in Law from the University of Oslo. Nilsen is also Chairman of the Board of NHO Luftfart (Conferation of Norwegian Enterprises, Aviation) and Widerøe Ground Handling AS.

Morten Skoglund - Chief Operations Officer Widerøe's Flyveselskap AS

Morten Skoglund has been Chief Operations Officer at Widerøe's Flyveselskap since 2012. Prior to this, he was Chief Operations Officer at CHC Helikopter Service. Skoglund has previously held the positions of Deputy Operations Officer at Widerøe's Flyveselskap, and head of Operations Control Centre and Crew Planning at SAS. He has been employed in the aviation industry since 1993, and has headed several major projects for SAS related to the move from Fornebu to Gardermoen, as well as the merger between SAS and Braathens in the early 2000s. Skoglund is a graduate engineer from Oslo School of Engineering and holds a Master's degree in organizational psychology and project management from the Norwegian School of Management (BI). Skoglund is also Chairman of the Board of Widerøe Technical Services. He has held this post since 2015.

Silje Brandvoll - Director of Communications and Public Relations Widerøe AS

Silje Brandvoll was appointed tourism manager for Nordland in 2009, and later the same year she was appointed tourism director for the three northernmost counties. Prior to this, Brandvoll worked in London for hairdressing chain Nikita for a few years, and took part in developing the chain’s numerous business areas. Silje lives in Bodø, holds a BA in international marketing and an MA with specialisation in Service Marketing. Silje has worked as communications manager with Widerøe since the spring of 2011, and took over as Director of communications and public relations in the spring of 2016.

Christian Skaug - Commercial Director Widerøe AS

Christian Skaug has been Commercial Director at Widerøe since 2018. He started his career at Widerøe in 2004 as a Route Planner before becoming Route Manager in 2006. Skaug has since held a number of positions within the Commercial Department. He has also been Deputy Operations Director at Widerøe Flyveselskap AS. He returned to the Commercial Department from his position as Managing Director of Widerøe Ground Handling where he led the takeover of SAS Ground  Handling at 14 airports in Norway. Christian has a Master of Science in Technology (siv.ing.) from the Department of Industrial Economics and Technology Management at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim.

John Arntsen - Chief Financial Officer Widerøe AS

John Arntsen has been CFO of Widerøe since 2008. Arntsen has extensive experience from a number of finance positions at Widerøe. He started his career as financial officer in 1992 and in 1997 took over the position of financial controller in charge of analysis, control and finance. Arntsen holds a Master of Science in Business from Nord University, Bodø, and also holds a Master of Management from the Norwegian School of Management (BI). He is Chairman of the Board of Widerøe Internet AS and Widerøe Property AS, as well as being a board member of Widerøe Technical Services AS and Widerøe Ground Handling AS.

Andreas Kollbye Aks - Director of Strategic Development Widerøe AS

Andreas Kollbye Aks has been Director of Strategic Development at Widerøe since 2019. Aks joined Widerøe's Flyveselskap in 2016 as Deputy Operations Director and led the company's restructuring from exclusively propeller operation to the phasing in of Embraer E2 jets in 2018. His previous experience includes a position as a Strategy Advisor at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) with experience from both civil and military aviation. Aks has education in finance, management and economics with a bachelor's degree from the Norwegian School of Management, BI, and Universitât Sankt Gallen. He also holds a master's degree from the University of Saint Andrews.

Tove Pettersen - Director of Human Resources Widerøe AS

Tove Pettersen has been employed as HR Director at Widerøe since 2019. She came from the position of Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing and Site Manager Bodø at Rapp Marine Group (later MacGregor). Pettersen has extensive experience from various management positions in the maritime sector in the area of organizational and business development. From 1998 to 2004 she had roles in Widerøe's commercial department with a focus on customers and partners, as well as a period in route planning. Pettersen holds a Master of Science in Business (siv.øk.) from Nord University.

Terje Skram - Director of Strategy and Infrastructure Widerøe AS

Terje Skram has been Director of Strategy and Infrastructure since 2017. He has held a number of positions in Widerøe , including as Route Planner, Product Manager, Director of Network and Pricing and Director of Operations. Skram has more than 30 years of industry experience including the position of Marketing Manager at Widerøe's former subsidiary Norsk Air, traffic consultant in the bus industry and work experience from the Norwegian Armed Forces. Skram attended the military officers’ training school and has studied transport studies at Regional University College. In addition, he has completed a Master's programme at the Norwegian School of Management (BI).

Marius Myhre - Managing Director Widerøe Ground Handling AS

Marius Myhre has been Managing Director of Widerøe Ground Handling AS since October 2017. He took over the position after serving as CFO and Administration Director with the same company. Myhre has extensive aviation experience from various managerial and specialist roles within companies in the SAS group before joining Widerøe. He holds a BSc in Economics and Administration from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) and an Executive MBA in Strategic Management from the Norwegian School of Economics.

Han Petter Gregersen - Director Widerøe Technical Services AS

Hans Petter Gregersen has been employed by Widerøe since 1989. He has held several key positions in the organisation including as aircraft mechanic, aviation technician and Supervisor of Base Maintenance. Since 2005 he has been responsible for Base Maintenance (heavy maintenance), Line Maintenance (lighter maintenance) and special workshops. In 2015 he took up his current position as CEO of Widerøe Technical Services. Gregersen is a qualified aircraft technician from the Armed Forces technical training centre (LTS) and has served at Gardermoen Air Base.
