Stein Nilsen - President and Chief Executive Officer Widerøe AS and Widerøe's Flyveselskap AS

Stein Nilsen has been the CEO of Widerøe since May 2015. Prior to this, he was consultant with the investment company Credo Partners in Oslo. Nilsen has extensive experience from various transport companies in Norway and Sweden. He was head of ground services in the SAS Group and headed SAS’s aviation activities in Norway for a period. He was also EVP of passenger transport with NSB and CEO of transport company Nobina before joining Credo Partners in 2012. Nilsen is a graduate economist from Nord University and holds a Master in Law from the University of Oslo.

Morten Skoglund - Accountable Manager / COO Widerøe's Flyveselskap AS

Morten Skoglund has been Chief Operations Officer and Accountable Manager with Widerøe’s Flyveselskap AS since 1 May 2012. He came from the position as Chief Operations Officer with CHC Helicopter Service. He has previously worked for both Widerøe Flyveselskap as Deputy COO and for SAS as head of Operational Control Centre and Crew Planning. Morten has worked in the aviation industry since 1993, and in addition to managerial roles, he has also headed several large projects related to SAS’s move from Fornebu to Gardermoen, the merger between SAS and Braathens in the early 2000s, and the global rollout of LEAN projects at CHC Helicopter. Morten holds a degree in engineering and has completed master’s programmes from the Norwegian Business School in organisational psychology and project management. Morten Skoglund has also been Chairman of Widerøe Technical Services AS since 1 June 2015.

Silje Brandvoll - Vice President Public Relations

Silje Brandvoll was appointed tourism manager for Nordland in 2009, and later the same year she was appointed tourism director for the three northernmost counties. Prior to this, Brandvoll worked in London for hairdressing chain Nikita for a few years, and took part in developing the chain’s numerous business areas. Silje lives in Bodø, holds a BA in international marketing and an MA with specialisation in Service Marketing. Silje has worked as communications manager with Widerøe since the spring of 2011, and took over as Director of communications and public relations in the spring of 2016.

Christian Skaug - President CCO

Christian Skaug (born 1978) was raised in the Oslo area and has been commercial director since May 2018. He started his career at Widerøe in 2004 and has held a number of positions within the commercial area and operations. He returned to the commercial area from the job as managing director of Widerøe Ground Handling, where he managed the takeover of SAS Ground Handling at 14 airports in Norway. Christian is a graduate engineer from Industrial Economy at NTNU in Trondheim.

John Arntsen - Vice President Finance

John Arntsen (born 1967) has been Chief Financial Officer of the Widerøe group since 2008. Arntsen has 26 years of experience from a number of different finance positions at Widerøe.  Arntsen is a graduate economist from Bodø University College and also holds a Master of Management from the Norwegian Business School.

Andreas Kollbye Aks - Chief Strategy Officer, Widerøe AS

Andreas is responsible for future strategic positioning and strategic change initiatives in Widerøe. In addition he leads the fleet management division. Andreas joined Widerøe in 2016 as Deputy COO/- AM and lead the transformation of Widerøe from a turbo-prop- to jet airline, with the Embraer E-Jet E2 entering into service in 2018. Former Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) with experience from both civil- and military aviation. Educated in Finance, Management & Economics with a Bachelors Degree (BSc) from BI & University of Saint Gallen and a Masters (MLitt) degree from University of Saint Andrews.

Tove Pettersen - HR Director, Widerøe AS

Tove Pettersen has been employed as the HR director at Widerøe AS since 1st March 2019. She was previously the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing/Site Manager in Bodø at MacGregor/Rapp. Pettersen has many years of leadership experience from the Maritime sector, where she previously worked with organization and business development. She previously worked in the commercial department at Widerøe, she worked both with customers and partners, and has also worked with planning and networking. She has a Masters degree in economy and leadership from Nord University.

Terje Skram - Director Strategy and Infrastructure

Terje Skram has been Director of Strategy & Infrastructure since October 2017. Skram has held a number of positions in Widerøe, including Route planner, Product Manager, Director of Network & Pricing and Operations Director. He also has experience as Marketing Manager in the subsidiary Widerøe Norsk Air. Skram has work experience from the military and as traffic consultant in the bus industry.Terje has studied transport at District College. In addition, he has taken a number of subjects at BI, including Master's Program in Strategy and Management, as well as Scenario Planning and Strategy.

Marius Myhre - Managing Director Widerøe Ground Handling AS

Marius Myhre (born 1982) has been Managing Director of Widerøe Ground Handling AS since October 2017. Prior to this he was financial and administrative director with the same company. Myhre has extensive experience from aviation through various managerial and specialist roles from companies in the SAS group before joining Widerøe. He holds a BA in economics and administration from the Norwegian Business School, as well as an Executive MBA in strategic management from the Norwegian School of Economics.

Han Petter Gregersen - CEO Accountable Manager of Widerøe Technical Services AS

Hans Petter Gregersen has worked for Widerøe since May 1989. He has held several key positions in the organisation as both aircraft mechanic, aviation technician and Supervisor of Base Maintenance. Since 2005 Hans-Petter has worked as both head of heavy maintenance checks and supervisor of Base Maintenance, Line Maintenance and workshops. In 2015 he took up his current position as CEO Accountable Manager of Widerøe Technical Services. Hans-Petter is a trained aircraft technician from the Armed Forces technical training centre (LTS) and has served at the Gardermoen air force base.
