Traveling with pets

Traveling with pets

We welcome animals onboard our flights. Book online by adding "pet in cargo" or "pet in-cabin" in the additional services section well ahead of your flight. Your request will then be sent to us, and we will confirm by e-mail if we have space for your pet on the requested flight

Tickets will not be issued until space for the pet is approved. If you book the flight less than 72 hours before departure, we will try to help as best we can, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we are able to accommodate your needs on such short notice. Pre-booking is not refundable.

If the ticket is already booked you can easily send a request by adding "pet in-cabin" or "pet in cargo" under additional services in My Trips.
