Lofoten has become famous for its dramatic nature and teeming bird life, but did you know that you can take it all in on two wheels?

Most of Lofoten is flat and easy to cycle through with a great overview of the landscape. If you choose to ride the bike through the north and west facing trails, you’ll be biking in the midnight sun, which shines from May to the middle of July. To avoid heavy traffic, it's highly recommended to bike during the evening and under the midnight sun.

With Fly and Bike, you can reserve your bike at the same time as you order your flight.

MIDNIGHT SUN: If this doesn't take your breath away, we dont't know what will! This is what the midnight sun i Lofoten can look like.

The 68 kilometer trail between Fiskebøl and Svolvær is a good option if you want to travel alone. From Fiskebøl, the route continues along the outer side of Austvågøya, which has beautiful surroundings. If you listen carefully, you'll hear how the lovely, sandy beaches and excellent hiking terrain is calling for you to get off your bike and into nature.

During the summer months you can enjoy the midnight sun in Laukvika, where the landscape varies between marshland to lakes and fjords. The final part of the trip is cycled along the E10.
